What PriceZ Was Facing
PriceZ operated dynamic pricing across thousands of SKUs and dozens of competitor sources, but every pricing decision was manual. Two analysts spent 6 hours each morning pulling competitor data, applying internal margin rules, flagging anomalies, and updating prices across the storefront. The process was slow, error-prone, and impossible to scale as the catalog grew — leaving real money on the table every day.
The Solution
What We Built
We built an end-to-end repricing automation: competitor data ingested automatically from multiple sources, internal pricing rules applied programmatically, anomaly detection layered on top with human-in-the-loop escalation for edge cases, and final prices pushed to the storefront via API. The analysts shifted from operators to reviewers — exception handling only, with the bulk of the workflow running unattended.
