The Solution
What We Built
We built an agentic workflow orchestration layer that managed the full Human-in-the-Loop process: high-confidence AI outputs processed and delivered automatically; low-confidence cases routed to the right specialist with context, supporting evidence, and a recommended action pre-populated; every decision logged with full reasoning and timestamp. SLA approaching deadlines triggered automatic escalation before they became client-facing problems.
