Mabat Viewer's operations team was manually exporting data from field sensors, formatting it, and importing it into the central dashboard on a weekly cadence. The delay meant infrastructure issues were typically identified days after they occurred, and the manual export consumed two dedicated staff every Friday — never mind the risk of an issue going undetected for a week.
The Solution
What We Built
We built a continuous data sync workflow that pulls sensor data on a configurable schedule, validates and normalizes it, and pushes it into the live dashboard without human involvement. Alert workflows fire instantly when readings exceed defined thresholds — the right team member gets notified through their preferred channel with full sensor context.
