What DATwise Was Facing
DATwise's analyst team spent every Monday rebuilding the same weekly executive report — pulling data from five different sources, cleaning inconsistencies, joining datasets, generating charts, and writing narrative commentary in Google Slides. The reporting was business-critical but consumed an entire senior analyst day, every week, with zero room for actual analytical work.
The Solution
What We Built
We automated every layer of the reporting workflow: scheduled data pulls from all source systems, automated joins and cleaning logic, programmatic chart generation, and LLM-assisted narrative drafting using the prior week's commentary as voice/format reference. The analyst now spends 30 minutes reviewing and editing the auto-generated draft instead of 8 hours building from scratch.
