Armax's office team was manually scheduling field technician jobs every morning, sending briefs over text and email, chasing completion confirmations, and updating the job management system by hand. With 40 technicians in the field, the coordination overhead consumed the entire morning for two office staff — and still produced scheduling conflicts and missed jobs.
The Solution
What We Built
We built a scheduling and dispatch automation that reads job requests, applies assignment logic based on technician location and skill set, sends structured briefs automatically, and updates the job management system when technicians mark jobs complete from their mobile app. Office staff now review a daily summary instead of running individual communications.
